Vinyasa Flow Yoga
My specialism is Vinyasa Flow Yoga – a dynamic yoga flow working towards a sense of stillness. Classes with me are a dynamic work-out with a focus on breath, movement and meditation. We can work to strengthen your core, improve stability and balance whilst moving towards stillness. I am strong believer in listening to your body and creating space to allow you to do this is a key part of the experience. The classes are designed to be accessible for all and will be tailored to your specific needs.
Public classes take place across the city at gyms and studios including Frame, YogaCentric and ThirdSpace.
Private classes can be arranged for one-to-one, couples or small groups, including corporate yoga.

Pre and Post Natal Yoga
I am also trained in Pre and Post Natal Yoga, teaching group classes and working 1-2-1 with private clients we can use yoga as a tool to connect with yourself and with baby, to listen to the body whilst it goes through major shifts and find a sense of relaxation in the process! Pre and Post Natal classes are much less dynamic than my vinyasa flow classes but still offer a way to make space in the body, free up movement and work out tension. They can be a practical way to explore birth positions, breathing techniques for labour and then help to knit the body back together after birth.

Pilates on the Reformer targets your core whilst stabilising muscles throughout your body, quickly building tone, definition and length to your muscles. One of the best things about the reformer is it’s versatility, by using a series of springs and pulleys we constantly adapt the exercises to keep classes fun and effective.
I work with precise and mindful alignment combined with a focus on the breath, meaning my Reformer Pilates classes allow you to create awareness within the body as well as building strength and tone.
Public classes take place on Saturdays @ East of Eden, Walthamstow.
